Once you have notified us of your decision, we will reply by e-mail with the instructions and your return number: please wait for our reply before shipping your parcel. You will then have 14 days, from our reply, to return the item(s) concerned. The refund will be made within 14 days, at the latest upon receipt of the returned parcel.
