2/ Purpose
These general terms and conditions are intended to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of goods and services offered by the company Novoid Plus to the consumer.
3/ Prices
All prices are shown in euros (VAT included at the applicable rate). They do not include delivery charges, which are billed in addition and shown before the order is validated.
For deliveries within the European Union, the applicable VAT is included in the price. For deliveries outside the European Union, the order is not subject to French VAT; customs duties and local taxes may be charged upon arrival of the parcel: they remain the responsibility of the customer, and Novoid Plus cannot be held liable for these amounts.
Payment for all products is made in EUROS regardless of the country of delivery.
We reserve the right to modify prices at any time and we undertake to apply the rates in force that were shown to you at the time of your order.
4/ Payment
Payment is made by bank card or Paypal.
Novoid Plus undertakes not to keep any financial data received during payment (online payment or by phone).
We only keep the information you provided when creating your account, relating to the billing and delivery of the purchased products.

Legal guarantees
Independently of the right of withdrawal and of any commercial warranty, all items sold on the site benefit from the French legal guarantee of conformity (articles L. 217-1 to L. 217-32 of the French Consumer Code) and from the legal guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code). For any claim under these guarantees, write to boutique (at) novoidplus.com.
6/ Electronic signature
The consumer’s "double click" on the order form constitutes an electronic signature which has, between the parties, the same value as a handwritten signature.
7/ Transport, delivery
All our parcels are sent by registered Colissimo. You will receive your order in person against signature, either directly at the intended delivery address, or at your usual post office if you are absent. Of course, you can track your parcel on www.colissimo.fr with your tracking number.
All orders placed before 10:00 (Tuesday to Saturday included) are shipped the same day. Orders placed from Saturday 10:00 to Monday included are shipped from Tuesday morning. These times may vary during sales periods or special operations.
France : Colissimo Suivi with insurance 48 h
Europe : Colissimo Suivi Europe with insurance 3 to 5 days
Dom - Tom : Colissimo Suivi Dom - Tom with insurance 3 to 8 days
Rest of the World : Colissimo Suivi International with insurance 5 to 10 days

8/ Order confirmation
At each stage of the processing of your order (reception, possible change of availability, shipping) an email is sent to you. The email confirming the processing of your order and the dispatch of your parcel will give you the tracking number and the link to the carrier’s website to follow the delivery.
Novoid Plus reserves the right not to confirm an order for any reason whatsoever (problem concerning the order received or problem with the supply of items). It has 5 working days to inform you that it cannot fulfil the order and to ask you to modify or cancel it.
9/ Right of withdrawal
You have a period of 14 days (from the date of receipt) to return an item if it does not give you complete satisfaction.
You can exercise this right at any time online through our withdrawal function, or by contacting us by e-mail.
We can proceed with a refund or an exchange if you would like another item or another size. The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days.
Return shipping is at your expense. We cover the shipping costs in the case of a new dispatch for exchange.
Before returning any goods, it is imperative to contact us in order to obtain a return number. The goods must be returned in their original packaging with a copy of the invoice and the return number clearly written on the parcel.
Any goods used by the customer will not be refunded or exchanged.

11/ Retention of title clause
The products remain the property of Novoid Plus until the price has been paid in full to our company. Until that date, the delivered goods are considered as consigned and the buyer bears the risk of any damage that these goods may suffer or cause for any reason whatsoever. Notwithstanding any clause to the contrary, in the event of failure by the buyer to meet one of the payment deadlines, Novoid Plus, without prejudice to its other rights, may obtain, by registered letter, the return of the goods at the buyer’s expense until the latter has performed all of its obligations.
12/ Applicable law
This contract is subject to French law. The language of this contract is French. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable solution; failing that, the dispute will be brought before the competent French courts under the ordinary rules of jurisdiction.
13/ Personal data
Novoid Plus undertakes not to disclose to third parties the information you provide to us. This information is confidential. Consequently, in accordance with the French Data Protection Act (loi informatique et libertés) of 6 January 1978, you have a right to access, rectify and object to the personal data concerning you.
14/ Intellectual property
The website www.novoidplus.com is the property of SARL NO VOID PLUS in its entirety, as well as all related rights. All texts, works, illustrations and images reproduced on www.novoidplus.com are reserved under copyright as well as under intellectual property law, and worldwide. As such and in accordance with the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code, only use for private purposes is authorised, subject to different or even more restrictive provisions of the Intellectual Property Code.
Any reproduction, in whole or in part, is systematically subject to the authorisation of Novoid Plus.
