DELIVERY

All our packages are sent by registered mail with a tracking number. You will receive your order in person to the provided delivery address, or at your usual post office in the case of absence. Obviously, you could follow your parcel through www.colissimo.fr with your tracking number.

All orders placed before 10:00 (From Tuesday to Saturday) are shipped the same day. Orders placed from Saturday 10:00 am to Monday will be dispatched from Tuesday morning. It might change depending on busy periods as sales or discount periods.

The automatic calculation of shipping costs will be active when creating your account.

For International: delivery charges do not include customs fees that may be due when the package reaches the country of destination.

France : Colissimo Confidently with insurance 48 h

Europe : Colissimo Confidently Europe with insurance 3 - 5 Working Days

Dom - Tom : Colissimo Confidently Dom - Tom with insurance 3 - 8 Working Days

Rest of the world : Colissimo Confidently International with insurance 5 - 10 Working Days

Delays are indicative and might change.


RETURN

You have 14 days (from the date of receipt) to return an item if you are not satisfied with it. The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days. The shipping costs for the return are on your charge.

Before returning any item, please contact us in order to get a return number. You must send back the item in its original packaging, with a copy of the invoice and the given return number listed on the package. All items used by the customer will not be refunded or exchanged.
